As you might imagine, shipping a 5 ft tall dog toy around the USA can be a little challenging. We generally ship to US customers for a flat fee of just $3.99 - $9.99. .
We ship to our customers using USPS. When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a USPS tracking number and will be able to track the progress of your order through USPS.
If you order a replacement toy, those will ship USPS first class mail.
Expedited Shipping
Our goal at Valentino Pet Paws Tug Toy is to ship your order the next business day. Sometimes we get really busy, and it may take a day longer. If you want to ensure that your order ships the next day, please choose expedited shipping.
International Shipping to Canada
We can ship to Canada! We use USPS International Priority and the average cost is around $40 US dollars, which the customer has to cover. An exact shipping fee can be calculated before you place an order. Please contact us by completing our contact form and be sure to include your full mailing address so that we can accurately calculate shipping cost.
We cannot
currently ship outside of the US and Canada.

Consumer Returns
If you recently purchased products from our website (If would like to return all, some or one of the products in your order, please make sure that the:
- The product is in new, unused condition.
- Product was purchased from Valentino Pet Paws
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Customer covers the cost of return shipping.

If the product was purchased through another retailer, returns must be requested through that particular retailer instead.
